To begin the month of Virgin Mary in May, we are inviting you to visit: The THIRD ANNUAL MARIAN ART EXHIBITION, this Friday May 3, Opening reception from 3pm to 7pm. At the school auditorium.  61 pieces that each of the children at Stella Maris Academy have made to honor Virgin Mary!  Our dear art teachers Mrs Marilyn Bridon, Mrs. Jacqueline Jacobi and Mrs Mariella Zevallos will be showing their paintings too! as well as some other guests artists.

Join The WALK TO MARY, this coming Saturday May 4, a pilgrimage Rosary prayer Walk starting at Star of the Sea and going through the Golden Gate park to the Monastery of Cristo Rey, where Fr. Joseph Illo will celebrate a Latin Mass at 12 noon. It is a beautiful short walk! We will meet in the school yard at 10:30am. Join us! and please invite everyone you love. Join Fr. Joseph Illo to watch the 1962 movie The Longest Day  starring John Wayne. This film is about the D-Day invasion of Normandy. It will be in the school auditorium at 6pm. Bring your own popcorn! Please note: It is a 3 hour long movie! Recommended!

You are invited to walk with Archbishop Cordileone from the Cathedral to the Golden Gate Bridge in a Eucharistic procession This is the beginning of his journey to Indianapolis for the nation's Eucharistic Congress in July. 11am Mass at the Cathedral, followed by the Walk!

A wonderful movie about San Jose Sanchez del Rio, a young canonized Mexican saint. A story of faith, love and heroism. Organized by our Foundation of Prayer for Priests Apostolate. Bring snacks and drinks to share! Movie starts after the 4:30pm Vigil Mass. Around 5:45pm.
