The Feast of Our Lady, Star of the Sea, is celebrated each year at Star of the Sea Parish with a  Traditional Latin Sung Mass. As the patroness of our parish, this feast holds a special place in our community, honoring the Blessed Virgin Mary under the title that has guided Christians for centuries.

Under the title Stella Maris, the Church venerates Our Lady as a guiding star who leads the faithful safely through the storms of life to the harbor of Christ. In her maternal care, she shines as a light of hope, pointing always to her Son and interceding for those who seek her help.
