Lenten Talk with Fr. Vincent Woo

Canon Law Professor & Expert on Fasting
Have you ever wondered how early Christians fasted during Lent—and how our modern practices compare? Join us for an engaging evening with Fr. Vincent Woo as we rediscover the Church’s traditional approach to fasting and learn what our forefathers in the faith can teach us today. It’s time to reclaim the spiritual power of Lent and, in a sense, make fasting great again.

Lenten soup and bread will be served at 7:15 PM in the gym.
The talk begins at 7:30 PM.
