This Saturday, August 14, after the 4:30 pm vigil Mass until Benediction before the 8 am Mass Sunday, the Guadalupanas are sponsoring a parish-wide all night vigil in honor of the Feast Day of Our Lady, Mother Mary’s Assumption into heaven. Please consider coming for an hour or two or maybe even the whole night! Special graces are sure to be showered on us all for this beautiful all night parish devotion. And! After the 11:30 am Latin Mass, we will have a Marian  procession around the block of the church. Please join!

Please encourage your family and friends to sign up for one hour a week to pray before Jesus in the Blessed Sacrament. We are most in need Saturdays after 4:30 pm all night, and all day Sundays. Also, in an effort to share with all parishioners the blessings of a Eucharistic life, we are looking for those willing to share their blessed experience of praying before our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament. You can write about what inspired you to come and keep coming; or your first experience praying before our Lord; or, others who encouraged you; maybe graces received… and so forth.

We plan to publish these reflections in the bulletin. And, of course, we can make them anonymous if you so desire. Testimonies are a powerful way to call others forth in this beautiful and grace-filled devotion. Simply email your reflection to me at this email address.
